Sitting Tai Chi DVD | Healing Exercise for Seniors and Older Adults
This is an excellent video for beginners. I could not attend classes because of the pandemic, but I have found many of the same exercises that my instructor used on this video. The instructions are clear. It's like sitting in the front row of a class. This is my second copy of the DVD. I left one behind when I fled a state where virus cases were surging. If you want something that is simple and beneficial, try this to start building yourself up. I also plan to try the standing Tai Chi video when I am ready for something more strenuous.

These are great exercises I can finally do without knee pain. I have to be careful with some of them not to overdo but otherwise they are great.
