I think that the exercises can improve balance, strengthen muscles, and generally improve one’s health. My quibble is that they are exercises and done so quickly that the relaxation component isn’t easily achievable.

THE LADIES IN OUR OVER 55 VILLAGE REALLY ENJOY THIS DVD.
OUR ONLY PROBLEM WAS WITH THE FACE AND HEAD MASSAGE - WE ALL WEAR HEARING AIDS, EARINGS AND GLASSES SO IN THE END WE FAST FORWARDED THIS PART OF THE PROGRAMME.
