Standing Energy Tai Chi DVD
I found the video a very good workout for anyone, especially good for anyone who has had restrictive movement or been inactive for any reason. The movements will help with both strength and flexibility, they are excellent for getting you back on the road to mobility or to maintain muscle tone. It's slow, gentle and thorough. Coming from a double knee replacement, it was just what I needed!
I find this DVD more demanding so I am working on one segment at a time. I think it will be helpful for my balance and leg strength which is where I need help.

Found it difficult at first but more you do it the easier it gets, it is starting to help my back problem.
I use this DVD on an almost daily schedule. I am 88 and in good health, but these exercise help me stay limber. I was introduced to them through my Retirement Residence.
