I enjoy the tape very much. Being older, I find I am able to do it successfully
Due to a bad hip, I haven't been able to start on the DVD yet. I am hopping I can start it soon.
The directions are well presented for the exercise positions and breathing. The length of the routines are easy to work into my daily schedule. I am exceptionally happy with this exercise routine and plan to buy more as I progress.
This DVD is great for helping me to regain my strength in the ability to walk correctly and to help me maintain correct posture.
I bought this Tai Chi DVD to help me get some mobile. The pandemic has slowed me down.
We enjoy the easy to follow exercises
Not easy to follow all the moves.I did not feel that the DVD was a good form of Tai Chi.I have been doing the long form Wu style for 10 years and hoped that this DVD would be a good substitute.Not so.
REBUTTAL FROM HEALING EXERCISE: GRANDMASTER FU SAYS 90% OF ALL TAI CHI IS BAD BECAUSE PEOPLE DO NOT TURN THE WAIST SO THEY ARE JUST WAVING THEIR ARMS AROUND. AS A TAI CHI MASTER, CERTIFIED UNDER GM FU, I BELIEVE THE REASON ANITA FOUND THESE MOVEMENTS DIFFICULT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL WAIST TURNING AND ANITA ONLY KNOWS HOW TO WAVE HER ARMS AROUND.
I had trouble at first - but got used to the movements and find it is helping me.
I found the dvd very interesting, challenging and informative. Since I am a beginner, the instructors and
demonstrations were very helpful to continue my studies in Tai Chi.
Very easy to follow. Just the thing for seniors.
