I just completed the Healing video and I think it will help me over a period of time. The exercises are very clear and the video is of wonderful quality. I do suggest that before anyone participates, they should remove any rings that might make their fingers uncomfortable when doing some of the hand exercises. Remove any makeup would be a good idea also for women that use eyebrow pencils, etc. as some of the exercises involve massaging the face in the eyebrow area. Long fingernails might interfere also during the ear massages. All in all, I am hoping to be able to do these exercises every day before leaving home. I am also very pleased that we are told to just use our nose to breathe with during the exercises as I use the Buteyko system for breathing. I am 80 years young.

These exercises suited me perfectly. Due to chronic pain in shoulders and neck, I'm limited as to what exercises I can do. These are perfect.
These are great exercises for anyone with limitations. At this time I’m unable to stand up to exercise, so this program gives me the movements I need and allows me to sit while doing them. I appreciate Tommy making this video for someone like me. Hopefully soon I’ll be able to use the Standing Tai Chi video.
Easy to follow, relaxing, ideal for us seniors
I did the whole tape twice then came down with a dreadful virus that was going around. Will be starting up again this week. I Have already got husband doing it...really easy and I must say I did feel relaxed after completing the exercise...
This was a great program that helped after my stroke while sitting at computer I could do these.
I really appreciate this set of exercises, and I always feel better after doing them, even though it feels like I'm not doing much. I haven't tried the standing exercises yet.
