Sitting Tai Chi DVD | Healing Exercise for Seniors and Older Adults
Have been in Hospital for month plus looking forward to Rehab now!
I am enjoying the Sitting Tai Chi by Tommy Kirchhoff. I have a bad knee and am finding walking and many other exercises difficult. Sitting Tai Chi helps me to stay flexible without pain. The exercises are both easy to do and enjoyable.
I saw this on the facebook and my wife told me she wanted to try it. She has been feeling a lot better recently after trying it for the last few weeks.
Received my CD on sitting. Enjoy starting every day with most of the moves and every other day watching the entire CD. I recommend this CD for every one regardless of age♥️
